Shipping Policy

Abati Boutique provides free delivery services in Kuwait and Shipment charges of 10KD in our GCC People. We adhere to our international customers with a shipment charge of 15KD.

Return Policy

Abati boutique is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, but for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your product within 14 working days of the ship date.
The product for exchange or return should be unused with our brand’s packaging.

Exchange is available for other products or the same product with different size.

During the shipment of the product, if it’s lost due to Customers’ mistake, the cost will be bear it by themselves.

The company commits to supporting the cost of the product if it’s lost by our fault.

In case of return of a product, the shipment charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred within 14 working days to the account used during the time of purchase.
